MEANING OF TEACHING

   

                        Teaching is a social process to define, it is very difficult, because the teaching influenced by the political and social background of the country. Teaching is a form of interpersonal influence aimed at changing the behavior potential of another person. Teaching is a process that improves the students seeking level more easily and it might be overcome any situation as on easy way.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEACHING AND INSTRUCTION

                        Teaching is also a never ending process by the time individuals start going to school to the time individuals start going to school to the time they graduate and start working. They are involved in the teaching learning process. They don’t only learn from teachers but also from those around them. Instruction is not as complex as teaching. Instruction is simply giving direction. You instruct someone on what to do and how to do it. Teaching both formal and informal,

It is formal when it occurs inside the classroom or informal when you learn things outside the portals of the school. Teaching and instruction go together especially in education. Both are needed in helping pupils learn and develop as individuals.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEACHING AND TRAINING

                       Teaching is “to cause to know something to impart knowledge or to instruct by example”. Whereas training is to form by instruction, discipline or to make prepared for a test or skill. Teaching is more theory oriented and training practice oriented. A teacher creates an awareness of the concept and provides new knowledge; a trainer helps in understanding a practical application of this knowledge.  As it is said, everyday is learning day but not a training day. At times while being trained in many organizations, we go through the process of learning and unlearning.  This implies unlearning the school concepts and learning the corporate concepts.

                Teacher verbally says what the concept is, but in training you would know how it is done. Teaching makes others to know where as training makes others to work. A teacher provides information on a large area, but a trainer provides intensive information in small area. A teacher brings out the capability to acquire knowledge. W here as  a trend talent.
